Year in Review | Icelandic Yule Cat

Well 2019 is coming to an end. It means a fresh start for many, and with it being a new decade, I thought I’d talk about the year that’s been, and what the future holds, as well as thanking you for listening. If I could thank each and every one of you personally, I would. It means everything to me that you’ve given the podcast a chance, and that you’ve stuck with me for so long. Thank you.

But, that’s not all we talk about today. We take a trip to Iceland to have a look at their Krampus style legend, in the form of the Yule Cat, or the Jólakötturinn. I try to pronounce it in the episode, so have fun with that one. This cat stalks the Christmas night not to ensure behavior, but to enforce generosity.
